EXECUTIVE CHEF
Job Description :
  • The executive chef assists the General Manager in managing all day to day kitchen operations.
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food also controlling food cost and sales
  • Select and development recipes
  • Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
  • Establish presentation technique and quality standard
  • Plan and price menu
  • Ensure proper equipment operation
  • Ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
Requirements :
  • Male/Female
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Formal culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)
  • Minimum experience 3 year in the hotel or catering industry
  • Strong leadership & communication skills
  • Communicates effectively in both English and Indonesian
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Email)
  • Passion for cooking and creativity to improve quality, productivity, and cost control
  • Prepare and produce high quality food (taste and appearance) using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification
  • Willing to work late hours. Physically and mentally fit
  • Willing to working at Depok, West Java
