EXECUTIVE CHEF
Job Description :
- The
executive chef assists the General Manager in managing all day to day
kitchen operations.
- Estimate
food consumption and requisition or purchase food also controlling food
cost and sales
- Select
and development recipes
- Standardize
production recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Establish
presentation technique and quality standard
- Plan
and price menu
- Ensure
proper equipment operation
- Ensure
proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
Requirements :
- Male/Female
- Maximum
35 years old
- Formal
culinary training preferred (min. Diploma in culinary / hospitality)
- Minimum
experience 3 year in the hotel or catering industry
- Strong
leadership & communication skills
- Communicates
effectively in both English and Indonesian
- Working
knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Email)
- Passion
for cooking and creativity to improve quality, productivity, and cost
control
- Prepare
and produce high quality food (taste and appearance) using standard
recipes and portions set by company qualification
- Willing
to work late hours. Physically and mentally fit
- Willing
to working at Depok, West Java
